Dale Swirsding has been working on residences since the early 70's performing various types of maintenance services. In 1987 he began to specialize on refinishing hardwood floors and squeak removal. He obtained his contractor's license in 1994.

Through reading, special training, gleaning techniques from other professionals, and completing hundreds of refinishing jobs, he's perfected his trade and leaves his clients with a final product that exceeds typical industry standards, especially with regard to an ultra-smooth finish and detailed cleanup.
