Swirsding's Floor Service did a great job repairing and recoating the floors of a home we were moving into. Dale's communications were exceptional - timely, transparent, clear. He took time to educate us about our options and the process, answered all our questions, created samples for us to decide among, and clearly explained all the tradeoffs. Dale was flexible and responsive with scheduling and got the job fully done with quality on time. Pricing was competitive. Dale and Hector were both highly professional, demonstrated care for the rest of the house (including all the molding around the floors), cleaned up the job, and were all-around great to work with. And the stairs and floors look terrific!

I have spent the last decade being tormented by my squeaky wood floors. I was told by a number of contractors that they could not be fixed unless I replaced my floors... and maybe they couldn't have fixed them, but Dale and Hector can. They could have easily said that the floors could not be saved in order to get a bigger job, but their integrity, focus on restoration and skill are unmatched and they were able to quell the squeak beast. I no longer have to hop across the hallway to avoid the giant squeak that wakes up my kids at night (I was getting so good at it I considered being a competitive long jumper). Not only was the work excellent, so was the communication. I received quick responses to questions and reminders for the job appointment. The pricing was transparent and very affordable given the quality. When my kids get a little older and my floors are due for another refinish, these are the people I will be calling.

I'm not going to tell you anything you won't read in Dale's 80 other five-star reviews, but will instead add my voice to the chorus. If you have hardwood floors and they need work, you could do no better than to have Dale work on them. He refinished our dining and living room floors - they are absolutely gorgeous! It's like we have brand new floors. Not only that, but as he promised, he left our house cleaner than when he started. We are already scheming how to get him back to do the rest of the house.
